Delivering Better Government Services with Accurate Data-Driven Decisions

Join ACT-IAC on September 27, virtually for a Data Forum – Delivering Better Government Services with Accurate Data-Driven Decisions. As a registrant, you will be actively participating in the discussion of one of three breakout sessions that are each led by a government Chief Data Officer. They are Data Gathering/Strategy; Data Management/Inventory; and Data Sharing. In addition, the forum will have a Data Privacy Panel that will discuss how data privacy evolved, its current guidelines and potential areas that need to be tightened. Finally, the Forum will provide two excellent keynotes: Eileen Vidrine, Senior Strategic Advisor on Data to OMB and Lindsey Saul, Ph.D, Chief Data and Analytics Officer at DLA.

This Data Forum will discuss the gathering, managing, and of course sharing of data to achieve the end-stage objectives.

Objectives

  • To hear how agencies and industry have used data to achieve their goals and objectives
  • To learn how agencies have secured accurate data
  • To hear how data has been shared in various and beneficial ways
