The Department of Defense, Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAO), is searching for a Lead Management and Program Analyst, according to a job posting on USAJobs.gov.
The CDAO is the Principal Staff Assistant and senior official responsible for the acceleration of the adoption of data, analytics, and AI to generate decision advantage across the Department of Defense.
According to the posting, duties for the Lead Management and Program Analyst include:
- Within the CDAO Mission Analytics Directorate, serves as liaison for AI & Data Accelerator (ADA) effort supporting combatant command leaders and provides coordination among all stakeholders within the combatant command.
- Manages an operational data team embedded in an operational command, ensuring an integrated, rapid and impactful approach to capability delivery.
- Ensures contract support activities are aligned with the Org’s objectives and manages special projects as assigned.
- Works with Command leadership to drive understanding and implementation of good data stewardship policy along with CDO to work toward establishing an enduring foundation of personnel and command support, for continued sustainment of the digital capabilities developed.
- Develops and executes plans of action and milestones for ADA data team activities, including associated engagements, manning, and product delivery at the Combatant Command.
