The Department of the Navy, U.S. Fleet Forces Command is searching for an IT Specialist in Data Management/Enterprise Architecture, according to a job posting on USAJobs.gov.
The selected IT Specialist will serve as the Navy Readiness Reporting Enterprise (NRRE) Data Engineer. The position reports to the Flight Readiness Reporting, Deputy Executive Director, Executive Director/COS, COMUSFLTFORCCOM NORVA.
According to the posting, duties for the IT Specialist in Data Management/Enterprise Architecture include:
- Perform analysis, plan, design, implement, document, assess, and manage data systems infrastructure to meet enterprise business requirements.
- Implement data solutions and oversee data architectures on the Government / DoD cloud, aligned to NRRE, DoN and DoD policy and practices, creating functional design specifications using Government / DoD reference architectures.
- Provide expert technical advice to Navy in the identification, isolation, and resolution of critical problems associated with reporting, collecting, and analyzing readiness data.
