According to the posting, duties for the Supervisory Data Hub and Systems Management Director include:

  • Serving as a SME to the Lead Planner, frequently sought out for consultation and advice by senior leaders, supervisors and professionals within and outside of the agency.
  • Responsible for the leadership/overall supervision/management of a team consisting of facilities planners, developmental planners, GIS professionals, Real Property Officers (RPO) and Real Property Accountability Officers (RPAO).
  • Determine, monitor expenditures, and recommend whether resources need to be adjusted or reallocated among programs, functions or organizational units.
  • Responsible for the development and management of planning and allocation, standards and criteria, program and community management and coordination of Data Hub and Systems Management Division practices related to real property.
