Craig Morgan

Craig Morgan has served as the Chief Data Officer for the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) since 2023.

Morgan previously served as DCMA’s Director of Systems and Performance Management, where he oversaw the sustainment and modernization of all systems utilized by the over 3,000 contract acquisition professionals in support of DCMA’s mission of delivering weapons systems to the warfighter.

Prior to this position, Morgan served as the Contracts Director for DCMA Lockheed Martin Orlando where he led Contract Administration Services efforts for over $25 billion in Major Weapons Systems Programs. He has also served within DCMA as a Contract Administrator, Price/Cost Analyst and Contracts Team Chief in every type of Contract Management Office in DCMA, as well as 7 years in the United States Army as a Field Artillery Officer.
