Garth White

Garth White is the Deputy Chief Data Officer at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. A long-serving senior IT leader within DHS, Garth previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Security Officer for the department, as well as the IT Engineering Branch Chief for the DHS Science and Technology Directorate. Before entering government service, he worked in the government contracting industry with Steampunk, Enterra Solutions, and ManTech.
