Greg Singleton

Greg Singleton is the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. He provides analysis and advice to US Government Principals on cross-cutting issues of importance. His mandates in the HHS OCAIO are to drive implementation of the HHS AI strategy; stand up the HHS AI governance structure; coordinate the HHS response to AI-related federal mandates; and foster collaboration across HHS agencies and offices. His efforts focus on health-sector IT systems, critical infrastructure challenges, cybersecurity, energy security, technological evolution, systems engineering, and future innovations. He is an experienced project leader and effective operator with proven track record tackling challenging issues. Greg possesses strong relationships with key staff across executive branch agencies, as well as with outside stakeholders across the private sector.
