Kirsten Dalboe
Kirsten Dalboe, the first Chief Data Officer at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), is a data trailblazer with a passion for establishing effective data governance structures that set agency-wide data guidance, policies, best practices, and priorities to successfully deliver data products and capabilities. Before coming to FERC, Kirsten was the Director of Data Operations at the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General, leading the build out of the cloud-based Integrated Data Platform and delivered its award-winning Enterprise Dashboard. Before HHS OIG, she was the Chief Data Architect and Director of Enterprise Data Management at DHS and served as the Program Manager for the DHS MGMT Cube – a 2015 ACT-IAC Igniting Innovation finalist – a data and analytics program bringing together mission support data across the department.
