Roger Mishoe is the Chief Data Officer (CDO) for the U.S. Department of the Treasury where he is responsible for implementation of the Evidence Act and championing the appropriate use of data. Prior to Treasury, Roger served as Director, Studies & Analysis, Marine Corps Logistics Command, where he was responsible for managing a $10M annual budget for Data and IT Logistics Readiness systems. His career includes 8 years of military service and 18 years of Corporate Data Management, Analytics, and Operations Research & Systems Analysis (ORSA) experience, including 10 years of Federal Civilian Service. Roger joined Treasury in 2015, where he managed numerous special projects before becoming a program manager and later the Director, Enterprise Data Management. In this role, Roger led the management of the Workforce Analytics and Data Insight applications, the Data Governance & Analytics Program, and managed Treasury’s Enterprise Data Warehouse and OCIO’s MuleSoft data integration offerings.
