Steve Rosenberg
Steve Rosenberg is the Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) at the Federal Communications Commission, where he focuses on improving data management throughout the data lifecycle – from collection to analysis, use, and dissemination in support of the data-driven policymaking process. He previously served as the CDO for the FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau since 2010. He joined the FCC in 2009 to work on creating the National Broadband Plan, where he helped quanitfy broadband availability and costs associated with providing universal broadband access. He previously worked in the telecom practice at McKinsey & Company, and later at The Advisory Board where he supported not-for-profit organizations in healthcare and education.
