Department of Energy Names New Chief Data Officer

King is an accomplished and driven change agent with extensive cross-functional executive integration experience and a passion for aligning and leading people, policy, and technology maturation.

Prior to his current appointment at Energy, King served for nearly 3 years as Chief Data Officer and Associate Commissioner Office of Analytics & Improvement at the SSA.
