VA Appoints Tom Latimer as Director, Data Analytics Service

As first noted on OrangeSlices.ai, The Department of Veterans Affairs has named Tom Latimer as Director of the agency’s Data Analytics Service.

Latimer was previously served for 5 years as Chief of the Supply Chain Division with the Data Analytics Service.  Before joining the VA, he worked for the Treasury Department for 6 years as a Program Manager for Treasury’s Debt Management Service and as a Business Analyst.  Earlier he held multiple management positions in the private sector.  He also served the country for 25 years with the Army National Guard, culminating as a Commander of the 100th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment (MPAD).
