Army Intends to Sole Source $619M Vantage Army Data Platform to Palantir

The U.S. Army Program Executive Officer Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) announced on SAM.gov today that it issuing a sole-source solicitation for the Army Vantage System.

The Government has an approved Justification & Approval (J&A) for “Other than Full and Open Competition” and is seeking a proposal only from Palantir USG, Inc. Palantir is the sole supplier, with no authorized resellers and holds proprietary rights.

Within PEO EIS, then Project Manager Army Data and Analytics Platforms (PM ARDAP), Product Manager Army Data Platform (PdM ADP) has a requirement to continue the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model of Army Vantage software developed by Palantir to meet government requirements.

The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole source basis with Palantir Technolgies Inc. for a value of $618,871,428.00, according to GovWin IQ.
