GAO Dismisses Two Protests of SEC’s $43M OCDO Data Services BPA
According to a post on G2Xchange FedCiv, the General Accountability Office (GAO) has dismissed two protests of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s award of its $43 million BPA for Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO) Support Services. The award to three firms was protested by Enterprise e-Support, Inc. and Analytica, LLC.
The GAO’s decision presumably paves the way for SEC OCDO, led by Chief Data Officer Austin Gerig, to finalize the BPA award to proceed and for two related task orders to be awarded under the BPA. The BPA was originally awarded to SHR Consulting Group LLC, Anika Systems Inc., and Skyward IT Solutions LLC.
