ICE Issues 5-Month Bridge to Deloitte for CDO Support Services

Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) had previously expected to issue an RFP for its Chief Data Officer Support Services (CDOSS) procurement in March 2023.  However, according to a post on SAM.gov, on March 29 DHS issued a Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) and Approval to support a 5-month, sole-source bridge contract for CDOSS.

ICE has finalized a 5-month bridge contract to the incumbent, Deloitte Consulting, LLP, for these services.  ICE now intends to issue the solicitation on April 5, 2023 to OASIS Unrestricted Pool 1 vendors, with an award still expected in Q3 FY2023.
