SEC Issues Stop Work Order on OCDO Support Contract to Peregrine
The Securities and Exchange Commission issued a stop-work order on Nov. 17 for its $4 million, 6-month bridge contract to Peregrine Advisors Benefit for OCDO support services, according to the contract action record on FPDS (first noted on OrangeSlices.ai).
The SEC awarded its OCDO support services contract in October to three firms: SHR Consulting Group, Anika Systems, and Skyward IT Solutions. Anika Systems filed a bid protest on Nov. 9 with the Government Accountability Office (GAO), which presumably led to the current stop-work order from the SEC.
