Call for Participation in Global Data Management Research Survey

The EDM Council and the University of Arkansas Little Rock (UALR) are partnering on the first-of-its-kind, global study on data governance. The research study will assess how data management professionals are tackling governance challenges and shaping the future of data management. Survey results and analysis will be published in a dissertation available to the public in 2025.

The organizations are inviting all data industry professionals to participate in the survey.  The survey, which takes about 15 minutes to complete, is open until Friday, Nov. 8, 2024.

Federal data professionals have a special opportunity to contribute to this research, to ensure public-sector perspectives and challenges are fully represented along with industry voices.

Responses are being collected by the EDM Council using the Qualtrics research platform and will be shared with the UALR researcher.  All responses will remain anonymous and will be used solely for research purposes. Details about confidentiality and study oversight are included on the survey’s first page.
