FERC’s Open Data Plan, part of its Strategic Information Resources Management Plan, aims to make government-maintained public data openly accessible. In accordance with the OPEN Government Data Act (Title II of the Evidence Act), FERC has made its Public Data Catalog available at The Public Data Catalog, a living tool, reflects the agency’s commitment to publishing high-value, transparent, and accountable data sets, fostering innovation and fulfilling strategic goals.
