This position will lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive data strategy designed to support the Public Buildings Service (PBS) in managing its real property portfolio and meeting the customer base needs.

- Researches and assesses emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and predictive analytics to enhance PBS operations.
- Recommends and implements IT solutions and automation tools to streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and optimize resource allocation.
- Supervises a team of analysts and program managers.
