According to the posting, duties for the Management and Program Analyst include:
- Conducting quantitative and/or qualitative analyses of administrative or operational data related to various immigration benefit programs, populations, or agency operations.
- Communicate analysis and/or research findings through written reports, briefing materials, and data visualization tools to a variety of technical and nontechnical audiences both within and outside of the agency.
- Plan, organize, monitor, and manage research, evaluation, analytical, and/or statistical studies.
- Serve as a technical expert in research, evaluation, analytical, statistical, data collection and/or social science research methods.
- Serve as primary interface between business data analysts and information technology specialists.
