Bryan Burnett

Bryan Burnett is the Chief Information and Data Officer and Assistant Executive Director at the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Office of Information and Technology Services. He is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for Agency-wide technology programs that support the CPSC’s mission and goals.

He has served in senior federal IT leadership roles including as CIO at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the National Labor Relations Board. He previously worked in the private sector as a Senior Manager for Content, Portal, and Integration Services at BearingPoint, and as Director of Technology & New Media at The Herald-Sun newspaper.

Burnett earned his MBA at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. He was honored with the 2021 Presidential Rank Meritorious Award by the OPM for his work at the EEOC and was included in the Federal 100 Awards by FCW Magazine.
