David Lower

David Lower is the Chief Data Officer/Knowledge Management Officer at the U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence Activity, which provides intelligence services to the Marine Corps and the U.S. Intelligence Community.

Prior to his current assignment, Lower was Knowledge Management Officer for the U.S Navy, Pacific Fleet, and served in the same role prior for the USMC Combat Development Command and USMC Europe/Africa.

Lower earned his BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy. He earned his M.S. in Information Technology from the University of Maryland University College.
