Kevin Kerkvliet

Kevin Kerkvliet serves as the Chief Data Officer for the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) at Fort Cavazos (formerly Fort Hood).

Kerkvliet has a long career serving as a computer engineer and cybersecurity manager for multiple military commands, including the U.S. Army DEVCOM Solider Center, the 7th Signal Command, the USMC’s Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic, the 5th Signal Command, and NAVAIR.  He also worked as a Satellite System Engineer for Lockheed Martin, supporting the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).

He earned a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering and a Master’s in Computer Engineering/Digital Forensics from the Univ. of Central Florida, a Master’s in Computer Engineering from George Mason University.
