Marie Falkowski

Marie Falkowski currently serves as Deputy IC Chief Data Officer and Deputy ADNI for Data & Partnerships at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). With over 30 years of experience, her career trajectory has been marked by significant contributions to the intelligence community (IC) and national security.

According to her LinkedIn profile, her current responsibilities include implementing the vision of the Office of the IC Chief Data Officer across the IC and with the Department of Defense, industry, academia, foreign partners, and other key stakeholders. She develops and implements data strategies, standards, and policies for the use of advanced technologies such as AI/ML, quantum, and cloud computing. Since joining the ODNI in 2023, she has also served as a Senior Director for IC Mission Advanced Analytics & Technology Adoption and IC-DOD Data Interoperability.

She previously served for 13 years in various roles at the Central Intelligence Agency, including her most final post as Director, AI & Data Analytics for the Agency Data Office.  She also was the Chief Technology Officer & Group Chief, Open Source Enterprise and Chief of Staff, Global Issues Mission Center. She also worked as the Director of Operations for the Office of Intelligence & Counterintelligence at the U.S. Department of Energy.  She served for 13 years in the U.S. Air Force followed by five years in the Air Force Civilian Service.

She earned a Masters of Professional Studies in Technology Management from Georgetown University and a BS in Communications from the University of Maryland.
