Mark Gray

Mark Gray is the Acting Chief Data Officer and Acting Chief Information Officer at the Federal Trade Commission. In this role, he is responsible for establishing policies, procedures, and standards that enable data governance in accordance with relevant regulations, and leads the FTC’s Data Governance Board. He previously served in the US Army for 26 years, most recently as the Army’s Finance Transformation and Innovation Director.
