Stephanie Woodring Tutko

Stephanie Woodring Tutko is the Deputy Chief Analytics Officer in the U.S. Department of the Navy, Office of the CIO. Her focus is on empowering self-service analytics within the DoD’s Advana Jupiter platform and increasing analytics transparency, collaboration, and reuse across the Navy.

Tutko has served in various analytics roles withing the Navy and Marine Corps since 2018. Prior to her current assignment, she was an Operations Research Analyst in the Navy’s Office of the CDO. She was also Head of the Accelerator & Incubator Branch in the DC I War Room Division and an Operations Research Analyst for the HQ Marine Corps. She previously worked in operations research for Booz Allen Hamilton and Northrop Grumman.

She earned her MBA from Virginia Tech and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
