Ryan Dolan

Ryan Dolan is Director at the GSA’s Data and Analytics Centers of Excellence. He has more than 13 years of experience leading data visualization, business intelligence, and data modernization initiatives across multiple federal agencies as an internal consultant.  At the Data and Analytics CoE, which is part of the GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service (FAS)/Technology Transformation Services (TTS), Dolan works closely with partner organizations to identify challenges, develop solutions, and share best practices among all stakeholders.

Prior to joining CoE, Dolan served as a data scientist for the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, and as the data visualization lead for the U.S. Census Bureau. Dolan is also an adjunct professor teaching machine learning and data visualization to graduate students seeking their MSBA. He previously held data and campaign management positions in the private sector and for numerous political and public service organizations.
