Doug Fullingim

Doug Fullingim is the Chief Data Officer for the U.S. Air Force Global Strike Command. Fullingim has 30 years of diverse USAF and Civil Service experience in systems engineering, operations research, acquisition, intelligence analysis, modeling and simulation, and test and evaluation.

In his prior role, he served for 3 years as the Analysis Portfolio Manager, USAF A5/7 Catalyst Layer, where he was responsible for looking across the USAF strategic planning, requirements, capability development, and future force design to ensure analysis needs are identified, deconflicted, and prioritized. He also previously served as Chief, Decision Analytics Division at HQ USAF and was detailed as the Deputy for Decision Analytics for the USAF at the Pentagon.
